BUILDING OUR FUTURE:
TERI CAMPUS OF LIFE
A Beacon of Hope
In the heart of Twin Oaks Valley in San Marcos, CA, the TERI Campus of Life is a nationally recognized, Blue Zone inspired community redefining what’s possible for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Since 1980, TERI has been a lifeline for children, adults, and families, providing personalized, evidence-based programs and support that foster growth, independence, and joy.

The Campus Today
Visit, connect, and experience the joy that fills every corner of the Campus. Spread across 20 transformative acres, the TERI Campus of Life is thriving, alive with learning, creativity, and connection. Families from across the country move here to access TERI’s unparalleled model of lifelong care and support. Our model of education, care, and support empowers individuals to live with purpose and belonging. Designed to be inclusive, it also welcomes the greater community through our social enterprises, which provide meaningful jobs and generate revenue to sustain our mission. Though only half complete, the Campus is already more than a place—it is a community of hope and possibility for all. The best way to understand the TERI way is to experience it firsthand.
Completing the Vision
With your support, we can finish the vision, and unlock the full promise of the TERI Campus of Life. With more than $55 million raised, TERI has built the first half of the Campus of Life. Our world-class facilities are bustling with programs that bring laughter, learning, and belonging to our students, program participants and families. Yet the vision is only halfway realized. Many students and staff are still waiting to move from our original Oceanside location and join the thriving community here. We are now in the final push of our Campus Capital Campaign to secure the projected $60 million needed to build the remaining facilities. Together, we can grow this joy and there is no time to wait.
