Fresh, Organic, and Locally Grown

Our students cultivate organic, nutrient-rich microgreens used in the dishes at TERI Common Grounds Café and served at top restaurants across San Diego County. Grown on our organic farm, these microgreens are harvested to chefs' specifications, carefully packaged, and delivered within 24 to 48 hours for peak freshness. Through this program, students gain valuable vocational training in agriculture, food safety, and distribution while providing the community with high-quality, farm-to-table ingredients.
