​​Yes. At this time, venue tours are available Monday-Friday between 9am – 4pm. Saturday tours upon request are not guaranteed due to community and private events at the property.

Within five days of your signed venue contract, a deposit of half the venue fee plus the refundable security deposit is due. 2 weeks before your event date, the remaining balance is due as well as any final changes to event details and the invoice. We accept credit/debit cards and check payments. Outside catering and bar service requires a full service clean up either through the catering company you work with, or you can book TERI Catering for bussing service and event clean up. The event space must be left as it was received, otherwise resulting in a 100% loss of your refundable security deposit.

Venue bookings allow for one hour to set up and one hour to clean up. Additional time must be approved by the Event Sales Manager.

We acknowledge San Diego County’s noise ordinance for outdoor events. All amplified music must be shut down at 10:00 pm.

Absolutely! All vendors accessing the property, even for drop offs, must provide the event sales team a copy of their business’s Certificate of Insurance, listing TERI Inc. and the Campus address as an additional insured. Check out our list of approved vendors HERE. Potluck-style meals and homemade food service are not permitted. Store-purchased desserts, snacks, and pre-made platters from licensed grocery retailers are allowed. If catering, staffing, or cleanup services are not provided by TERI, the renter is responsible for removing all trash and leaving the space in its original condition at the conclusion of the event. TERI Campus of Life is a full-service venue and requires all catering and bar service companies to remain onsite until the end of the event. If your professional and licensed caterer and bartending service is not booked for full service clean up and trash removal, you will be required to book TERI Catering for service, bartending and clean up.

Our chef loves to create custom menus and encourages you to consider it! Custom menus are to be requested by the Renter. All dietary needs can be accommodated and must be communicated to the Event Sales Team prior to 14 days before the event date.

Yes. We always suggest looking into Bevmo Weddings and Events for delivery. All beverages must be removed by the Renter at the end of the event. Alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed bar service company.

Mountain View Deck, Cornfeather Suite, Sunrise Suite, Garden Veranda, Common Grounds Café and Founder’s Room allows for beer and wine.Brickyard Terrace, The Barn, The Bornemann, Old Oak Grove Deck, Courtyard at the Bornemann, Twin Oaks Commons and Veranda, Putting Green and Central Park allow for beer, wine and liquor.

Yes. All décor must be self-sufficient and cannot be attached to the venue’s structure. Tape, command strips, nails, tacks, glitter and confetti are not approved and will result in a loss of your refundable venue deposit. All décor must be removed after the event by the Renter or the event planner.

Some nonperishable items are okay to be dropped off prior to the event with the Event Sales Manager’s approval.

We are a non-smoking and vaping property.

Overnight parking is not permitted.

All venues, with the exception of Sunrise Suite, are ADA accessible.

We are pet friendly throughout our outdoor venues. Pets are not permitted inside Sunrise Suite, Cornfeather Suite, HEP Barn, The Bornemann Theatre and Twin Oaks Commons.

Yes, you can bring in an outside licensed tent rental in many of our event venue spaces with prior notice to our Event Sales Manager for approval. Central Park and Brickyard Terrace do not allow for large stakes for tent anchoring. We recommend working with a rental company that can provide sandbags or weighted anchors to secure large tent structures.
