Within five days of your signed venue contract, a deposit of half the venue fee plus the refundable security deposit is due. 2 weeks before your event date, the remaining balance is due as well as any final changes to event details and the invoice. We accept credit/debit cards and check payments. Outside catering and bar service requires a full service clean up either through the catering company you work with, or you can book TERI Catering for bussing service and event clean up. The event space must be left as it was received, otherwise resulting in a 100% loss of your refundable security deposit.
Absolutely! All vendors accessing the property, even for drop offs, must provide the event sales team a copy of their business’s Certificate of Insurance, listing TERI Inc. and the Campus address as an additional insured. Check out our list of approved vendors HERE. Potluck-style meals and homemade food service are not permitted. Store-purchased desserts, snacks, and pre-made platters from licensed grocery retailers are allowed. If catering, staffing, or cleanup services are not provided by TERI, the renter is responsible for removing all trash and leaving the space in its original condition at the conclusion of the event. TERI Campus of Life is a full-service venue and requires all catering and bar service companies to remain onsite until the end of the event. If your professional and licensed caterer and bartending service is not booked for full service clean up and trash removal, you will be required to book TERI Catering for service, bartending and clean up.
Mountain View Deck, Cornfeather Suite, Sunrise Suite, Garden Veranda, Common Grounds Café and Founder’s Room allows for beer and wine.Brickyard Terrace, The Barn, The Bornemann, Old Oak Grove Deck, Courtyard at the Bornemann, Twin Oaks Commons and Veranda, Putting Green and Central Park allow for beer, wine and liquor.
Yes, you can bring in an outside licensed tent rental in many of our event venue spaces with prior notice to our Event Sales Manager for approval. Central Park and Brickyard Terrace do not allow for large stakes for tent anchoring. We recommend working with a rental company that can provide sandbags or weighted anchors to secure large tent structures.
